You're not alone! I tripped and fell forward on my daughter while she was in her Bjorn. Her head smacked the sidewalk resulting in an egg-sized bump above her eye. As my wife was tending to her, she had to tell me to stop crying because with both me an the baby in tears, she might start crying too, and then we'd be a hot mess. I, too, felt like a f***ing dumb whore bitchface.
