Chimichurri Potatoes
01.21.2011 This recipe comes from none other than the Raley's cookbook. Tangy, spicy, and delicious as a dip for carbs or protein. It's super simple and portable. Highly recommend for bringing along as an appetizer to a brunch or potluck.
And you feel very fancy when you say chimi-churrrrrrri. Give it up for fancy!
