I think he actually prefers to be a plump pumpkin over being a knobby kneed, spindly legged diabetic dog. It's like having a soft, snuggly bed on your person at all times, allowing you to plop down and nap at a moment's notice.

Sunset Outdoor Furniture

We are not the only ones who love our new backyard furniture. Saw it in Sunset magazine; it's part of the new collection available at OSH. Bought it for 1310. Returned it and rebought it for 1114 with Asian Grandpa's 15% off coupon. Then, it went on sale so we went back and got another 74 bucks off. Our local OSH just loves us.

Almost as much as Romey loves being the king of the world. It's not enough to just sit on the nice new soft furnitures. Must get as high as possible.

Next to the pond in White Grandparents' backyard. Sometimes I wish I were a dog. I could sleep all day, eat freeze dried chicken chips, and not have to feed a baby that only wants to throw food over her shoulder and laugh.

That still doesn't really authorize Emmy to share the dog hammock though. Tofu and Coco get all kinds of upset when they see that diapered booty lowering itself onto their turf. Is no place sacred anymore?

Romeo has never quite been the same since that bully stick. It was a Christmas gift of hardened cow tendon and as much as he enjoyed gnawing down every last chewy bit, his front teeth paid the price.

So now he travels on the DARE train and tells kids about the effects of meth on dental hygiene. He bares his teeth for the dramatic finale. It draws a gasp every time.

This is how Romeo spent more than 50% of his outdoors time in Tahoe. Head in a hole, searching for squirrels and any other related rodents. I warned him that if he catches the rabies, he's gonna have to get like 20 shots directly into his belly.
